Introducing Blitz

Blitz is the practical application of Speed Thinking. This breakthrough tool designed (by me) will help any group and team to be more productive, creative and engaged.

A Blitz is:

  • 15 minutes or less
  • Involves 6 people or less
  • Focuses on 1 challenge only
  • Can be called by anyone (ie. The Blitz Leader)
  • Follows a semi-structured, 4-step process
  • The Blitz Leader is still accountable for the challenge

In a time-poor world where individuals, teams and groups have to produce ‘more and more’ with ‘less and less’, new approaches and tools have to be used. Blitz is one such tool.

Organisations that have piloted or tested Blitz include TNT, Roche, Hilton & Qantas.
