We have run two Blitz pilot programs with a major freight company and an international hotel in recent months.

Whilst the numbers are small in our pre & post surveys we have found noticeable improvements in the statements:

- We are very time-efficient in our group work.

- We make decisions quickly.

- We innovate across our business

- We consider a range of different perspectives before making a decision.

- We are good at sharing new ideas & solutions across the business.

- When we come together as a group everyone contributes equally.

- People from different levels and roles regularly share ideas.

In addition, time spent in meetings declined.
